Laura Davy - Registered Manager

Laura has worked for Cygnet Health Care for over 10 years. Over this time, she has gained vast knowledge and experience working across various roles including; support worker, administrator, deputy manager and now registered manager. Laura feels this variety supports her in striving for the best for the individuals at Langdale House.

Laura has been in management at Langdale House since 2017, which has given her the time to gain knowlege of the service. She has also built strong relationships with the residents, their family, and the professionals in the community.

Sandra Delaney - Deputy Manager

Sandra has worked at Langdale House for ten years now working her way up from support worker to deputy manager in 2023. Sandra has worked in care for over twenty years and has a background in psychology, self-harm services and autism.

Sandra has always loved working with people who have different abilities and ensuring they can live life to their full potential. Environment and sustainability is also very important to her and implementing ways that Langdale and its residents can contribute to the community and a more environmentally friendly and sustainable future.
