Enjoying the outdoors at Cygnet Sedgley House and Lodge
The team at Cygnet Sedgley House and Lodge have shared some lovely photos taken by service users on some of their recent walks over the last few weeks at Himley Park, Baggaridge and Chase Water. Service users and staff said the walks made them feel one with nature with positive effects such as a sense of relaxation and ability to breathe much better and a chance to be present in the moment and appreciate their environment thanks to the fresh air and variety of wildlife and plants found on the walks.
