Cygnet Hospital Ealing celebrating National Eating Disorder Awareness Week
The service users at Cygnet Hospital Ealing’s Sunrise Ward, the hospital’s specialist eating disorders service, have this week created a display of eating disorder awareness posters for National Eating Disorder Awareness Week.
They have also been taking part in group sessions each day this week, each with a different focus on eating disorder awareness. These have included watching a documentary of a male in recovery from his eating disorder, a creative group and a support group addressing the de-stigmatisation of eating disorders.
